22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit

U.S. Marines with Maritime Raid Force, 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), conduct a visit, board, search and seizure drill aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Gunston Hall (LSD 44),Oct. 21, 2021. LSD 44, a support vessel for the 22nd MEU and Amphibious Squadron (PHIBRON) 6, is underway for PHIBRON-MEU Integrated Training (PMINT) in preparation for future deployment. PMINT is the first at-sea period in the MEU’s Redeployment Training Program; it aims to increase interoperability and build relationships between Marines and Sailors. (U.S. Marine Corps video by Sgt.
