U.S. service members and members of the Japanese Ground Self Defense Force (JGSDF) participate in a medical exercise during exercise Keen Sword 23 on Okinawa, Japan, Nov. 17, 2022. Keen Sword exercises the combined capabilities and lethality developed between the 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force, and the Japan Self Defense Force (JSDF).
