Army Reserve Soldiers with the 7458 Medical Operational Readiness Unit are performing life saving operations as a part of Operation Surgical Augmentation Reserve Care at Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Liberty, North Carolina. The mission allows reserve Soldiers to practice and apply their medical skills in a real world setting during their monthly battle assembly.
