U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Rafael F. Toro-Quiñones, U.S. Air Forces in Europe Band commander, and Congolese Defense Forces Col. Benjamin Amboulou, Honors Regiment commander, details how the partnership and recording of “La Marche de Brazzaville,” a ceremonial music piece, came to be, at Ramstein Air Base, on Oct. 16, 2024. The ceremonial piece will serve as part of a broader initiative to celebrate the 65th anniversary of Congolese independence in August 2025. (Defense Media Activity video by Senior Airman Norman D.
