The Base Multimedia Center (BMC) is open from 0730 to 1630, Monday through Friday, closed on federal holidays. The BMC's phone number is 677-6569.
Passports & Visa photos: Are done on a walk-in basis during the days and times listed. This service is provided for military and DoD civilian personnel traveling on government orders requiring a "no-fee" government passport. Dependents requiring a "no-fee" passport for PCS orders are authorized to use the BMC for passport photos.
Males will wear a civilian-style collared shirt or business attire and females will wear a conservative blouse or business attire. No tank-tops or t-shirts are permitted. Children may wear attire without a collar. Attire white in color is not permitted due to the white background. The BMC has a small selection of donated attire for use; if you don't like our selection, please bring your own.
Naturalization photos: Are done on a walk-in basis during the days and times listed. This service is provided for only military personnel pursuing United States citizenship for reenlistment.

Photographic product requirement information from message and/or requester must be known prior to appointment.
Full-Length photos: Are done by appointment only on the day and times listed. This service is provided for military personnel requiring a photo for special award/duty packages. Photographic product requirement information from email, message and/or requester must be known prior to appointment.

Monday 0800 - 1540 Official Head & Shoulders photos by appointment only
Wednesday 0800 - 1000 Passport, Visa, & Naturalization photos - walk-in basis.
Thursday 1400 - 1600 Passport, Visa, & Naturalization photos - walk-in basis.
Friday 0800 - 1000 Passport, Visa, & Naturalization photos - walk-in basis.
1300 - 1500 Full-Length photos by appointment only*
*Head & Shoulders can be scheduled for 512 AW personnel prior to a UTA weekend if Full-Length appointments are not completely filled.
If an individual requires a Passport, Visa, Head & Shoulders, or Full-Length photo not during the posted times, a letter from their squadron commander must be accomplished stating the required photo is "mission essential" and must be accomplished immediately. The BMC will schedule the individual in the earliest appointment slot available. Contact the BMC at 677-6569. |
