The official passport process is supported by both the 436th Airlift Wing Public Affairs office and the 436th Force Support Squadron Military Personnel Flight. Public Affairs provides official passport and visa photo services, while the MPF passport office processes official, no-fee government passport applications for eligible military members, DoD civilian personnel and authorized dependents traveling on government orders.

Passport and visa photo services through Public Affairs and official passport services through MPF are available by appointment only. Members must coordinate their official passport appointment with the MPF passport office and schedule their passport or visa photo appointment separately through the Public Affairs support request portal. These are separate appointments. Members should schedule their Public Affairs photo appointment before their MPF Passport Office appointment to ensure photos are ready for passport processing.
