Kyle Kodalen, Air Force Mortuary Affairs Operations deputy branch chief, all assigned to Dover Air Force Base, Del., tour the NovaCare Complex April 28, 2018, in Philadelphia, Pa. The NovaCare Complex contains training facilities, offices, and an outpatient physical therapy center operated by NovaCare Rehabilitation for the Philadelphia Eagles.
