Team Dover announces TSgt promotion selections Published June 27, 2013 By 436th Airlift Wing Public Affairs DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, Del. -- Officials announced today the selection of 61 Team Dover Airmen for promotion to technical sergeant. The average score for those selected was 340.17. Those selected for technical sergeant will be promoted according to their promotion sequence number beginning in August. Selections are tentative until the data verification process is complete, which is no later than 10 days after the promotion release date.
