Who inspires you: My aunt, Gina, because she has always kept me going and inspired me to do anything.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years: I would love to become a commissioned officer. Being a pilot in the Air Force has always been a dream of mine since I was a kid, and I am willing to do what it takes to get there.

Airman 1st Class Pambianchi was chosen to be Airman of the Week because he is a leader among his peers. He volunteered to become an Airman Leader and is stepping up and leading his fellow Airmen. He sets a positive example and has a good attitude. He is a sharp Airman and will be very successful as a crew chief and in the Air Force.
