The 436th Medical Group will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony Feb. 3 at Dover Air Force Base, Del., to celebrate the completion of renovations to the clinic.

A significant change is the transition of the mental health, public health and flight medicine clinics from the temporary facilities, located on Eagle Way, into the medical clinic. The clinic renovated 55,000 square feet of space, at a cost of $17.1 million. The renovation moved the majority of the clinic's customer service sections to the first floor and, converted the upper two floors to office space.

"The 436th MDG has prided itself in providing all its services during this project with few temporary exceptions," said Capt. John DeCataldo Jr., flight commander of the medical logistics flight with the 436th Medical Support Squadron. "The renovation went smoothly in spite of the fact that personnel occupied the building during the entire process."
