Airlifter Photo Contest

The Airlifter will be holding a quarterly photo contest open to all base members: military, dependent, and civilian. Submissions will be judged by the public on the 436th Airlift Wing Facebook page. The top three "liked" photos will then be judged by the base photographers. The winner's photo will run in The Airlifter. At the end of the year, all of the winners will then be judged, an annual winner will be selected and the best photo will run on the front page. If you would like to submit your photography, please read the following rules carefully.

1. If military members are the subject of your photography, uniforms must be compliant with AFI 36-2903 and personnel must be within personal grooming standards, i.e. no earrings for males out of uniform, no body piercings, etc.

2. If children are the subject, they must have a permission form signed by the parent, this form can be picked up from the Base Photo Lab, Bldg. 201.

3. Photos should be in good taste and uphold the Air Force core values.

4. The following areas/items are off limits in all photography to be submitted: flightline
photos, restricted areas, restricted area badges, IDs, Medical Group badges, and all entry control point to include gates.

5. Submit all imagery to Adrian Rowan at adrian.rowan.1@us.af.mil in the following format: email subject lines should be titled with the month of the contest and "Photo Contest" (i.e. January Photo Contest), digital format only, and no larger than 3 MB. Any photos not in this format will be automatically disqualified.

6. Please submit all imagery and forms by the 22nd of the month.
