Mark Camerer, 436th Airlift Wing commander, is encouraging voluntary evacuation. Keep in mind no expenses will be reimbursed. People staying in the local area should plan for electricity failures, water contamination and road closures. Get vehicles gassed up, cash, water, candles/flashlights, charcoal/campstove and food to last a few days.
