Dover SNCOs earn promotion to senior master sergeant

DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, Del. -- Air Force officials selected 1,274 of 12,378 eligible master sergeants for promotion to senior master sergeant for a promotion rate of 10.29 percent.

Congratulations to the Dover Airmen selected:
· Master Sgt. Ronald Schmidt, 9th Airlift Squadron
· Master Sgt. Donald Cleveland, Air Force Mortuary Affairs Operations Center
· Master Sgt. Dawn Byrd, 436th Maintenance Operations Squadron

The selectees were honored at a celebration March 11 at The Landings Club. They were presented their promotion plaques by Col. Mark Camerer, 436th Airlift Wing commander, and Chief Master Sgt. John Evalle, 436 AW Command Chief Master Sergeant.
