Courts-Martial Airman Hollis L. Hill II of the 436th Force Support Squadron was tried and convicted by general court-martial and received a sentence of reduction to airman basic, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, 15 months confinement, and a bad-conduct discharge for 22 years of desertion, passport fraud, and using marijuana. Nonjudicial Punishment (Article 15s) A captain from the 3rd Airlift Squadron received forfeiture of $2,474.00 pay per month for two months and a reprimand for having a sexual relationship with an enlisted member (fraternization). An airman first class from the 436th Aerial Port Squadron received a reduction to airman, suspended reduction to airman basic, 30 days extra duty, and a reprimand for striking his girlfriend. An airman first class from the 436th Aerial Port Squadron received a suspended reduction to airman, 30 days extra duty, and a reprimand for failing to maintain dormitory room cleanliness standards. A staff sergeant from the 436th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received a reduction to senior airman, suspended forfeiture of $1,109.00 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand for making unauthorized transactions on his Government Travel Card. A staff sergeant from the 436th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received a reduction to senior airman, suspended forfeiture of $1,109.00 pay per month for two months, and 30 days extra duty for driving while under the influence of alcohol in Maryland. A staff sergeant from the 436th Civil Engineer Squadron received a reduction to senior airman for reporting for duty while intoxicated. An airman first class from the 436th Communications Squadron received a suspended reduction to airman, 21 days extra duty, and 21 days restriction to Dover Air Force Base for reporting late to fit camp. An airman from the 436th Force Support Squadron received a reduction to airman basic, forfeiture of $699.00 pay per month for two months, 45 days extra duty, and 45 days restriction to Dover Air Force Base for reporting late for duty and using marijuana. An airman from the 436th Maintenance Squadron received a reduction to airman basic, 30 days extra duty, and 30 days restriction to Dover Air Force Base for driving while under the influence of alcohol off-base. An airman first class from the 436th Maintenance Squadron received a reduction to airman, suspended forfeiture of $500.00 pay per month for two months, and 20 days extra duty for wrecking a government vehicle. A senior airman from the 436th Maintenance Squadron received a reduction to airman first class and suspended forfeiture of $929.00 pay for failing to maintain proper control of his issued duty equipment and failing to follow written technical orders. An airman first class from the 436th Maintenance Squadron received a reduction to airman basic, 45 days extra duty, and 45 days restriction to Dover Air Force Base for striking his wife and using marijuana. An airman first class from the 436th Medical Support Squadron received a reduction to airman, suspended reduction to airman basic, suspended forfeiture of $699.00 pay per month for two months, 35 days extra duty, suspended 10 days extra duty, and a reprimand for abandoning his duty position multiple times, failing to report for duty, and failing to report to physical training. An airman first class from the 436th Operations Support Squadron received a suspended reduction to airman and 14 days extra duty for reporting late for duty. A senior airman from the 436th Security Forces Squadron received a suspended reduction to airman first class, 14 days extra duty, and a reprimand for reporting late to his Weighted Airman Promotion System Test. A staff sergeant from the 9th Airlift Squadron received a reprimand for being incapacitated for duty due to injuries caused by his overindulgence in alcohol. A senior airman from the 9th Airlift Squadron received a reduction to airman first class for driving while under the influence of alcohol off-base.
