436th SVS to survey Dover Airmen Published Jan. 3, 2008 436th Services Squadron DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, Del. -- How well does the 436th Services Squadron meet the needs of Dover Air Force Base? That's what Headquarters Air Force Services wants to find out by conducting a customer feedback survey to assess customer satisfaction in services programs across the Air Force. The survey can be filled out online Jan. 14 through 31. It is open to all active duty, DoD and NAF employees, reservists and retirees. Traditional paper surveys will still be available, but to reduce the time it takes to complete the survey, the online version is tailored to ask only about programs and activities DoD Common Access Card holders and their families use. It allows customers to complete the survey at any activity kiosk, computer or from home. "I encourage Team Dover to take the time to complete the Services Customer Feedback Survey," said Maj. Brian Eddy, 436th SVS commander. "Your comments, suggestions and opinions are needed to help make the quality-of-life programs we offer at Dover the best they can be. Your responses will let us know what we are doing right, where we can improve and what you would like to see in the future." The paper surveys and online survey information cards with the website and log-in information will be available at all Services activities Jan. 14. For information, call the 436th SVS marketing department at 677-2883.
