Retired Brig. Gen. Jon Reynolds, former assistant deputy director for attaches, Defense Intelligence Agency, Washington, D.C., is the guest speaker at Dover’s POW/MIA ceremony Sept. 15. On Nov. 28, 1965 while flying an F-105 over North Vietnam, General Reynolds was shot down, captured and interned as a prisoner of war. He was repatriated Feb. 12, 1973.
