Scaffolding surrounds the base water tower as employees from Allied Painting Inc., Cherry Hill, New Jersey, prepare to conduct periodic internal and external maintenance to the tower November 5, 2020, on Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. The water tower is operated by Tidewater Utilities Inc. which was also subcontracted for the blasting and painting of the tower.
