Team Dover NCOs selected for promotion Published June 26, 2014 436th Airlift Wing Public Affairs DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, Del. -- Officials announced today the selection of 64 Team Dover Airmen for promotion to technical sergeant. The average score for those selected was 337.23. Those selected for technical sergeant will be promoted according to their promotion sequence number beginning in August. Selections are tentative until the data verification process is complete, which is no later than 10 days after the promotion release date.
