Who inspires you: My friends and family. They give me confidence in myself and keep me going. They remind me constantly that there is still good in the world.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years: In 10 years, I see myself married, working on a military base, owning my own home, and traveling all over the world.
Casey Dupont is part of the award-winning 436th Comptroller Squadron for Dover Air Force Base, Del. She is a superior analyst, managing a $233.9 million budget for Transportation Working Capital Funds and a $62.7 million budget for the 436th Civil Engineer Squadron. Responsible for daily reconciliations of $2.1 billion for the last two fiscal years, she has maintained zero end-of-month out-of-balance reports while still finding time to volunteer with the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. She obligated 150 Air Force Mortuary Affairs Operations travel orders as first priority for families of the fallen to dignified transfers and funerals. She is career-focused and has completed 24 credit hours towards her master's degree while maintaining a 3.9 grade-point average. Furthermore, Casey has been awarded Civilian Category 1 of the Quarter and of the year both at the wing level in 2011. Casey truly defines what an Airman is and is well deserving of being the Airman of the Week.
