Who inspires you? My friends are great. They always encourage or inspire me to do better and aim higher.
What has been your best experience in the Air Force and why? Rota, Spain, because I was deployed there when the volcano in Iceland erupted and all missions were re-routed. So we always had the maximum amount of aircraft on the ramp and briefed a ton of crews. It was fun.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years? Well I've taken some business classes and have recently been working toward a major in film scoring, which I'm trying to do through Berklee College of Music. So, in the next 10 years, my situation will go either one of two ways.
If I decide to stay in the military I hope to be a master sergeant, on my way to retirement, which at that point I will have been in for 15 years. I should have my degree in business, and my Community College of the Air Force degree completed.
If I decide to pursue my goal with Berklee College of Music, then I would be out of the military and using my GI bill to attend the college campus full time in Massachusetts. At that time, I hope to have married my girlfriend.
Senior Airman Lance Jasper is one of the top Airmen on Dover's intelligence team. He is an expert on all aspects of our mission, and he is often relied on to be the primary trainer for new personnel. Airman Jasper recently returned from a month-long exercise in the Republic of Korea. At least monthly, Airman Jasper briefs the wing leadership on current intelligence updates throughout the world and has been praised for his professionalism and briefing skills. All of these outstanding qualities led to Airman Jasper's selection as the intelligence analyst who will join the 3rd Airlift Squadron on their upcoming deployment.
