The Delaware Traffic Management Control Center, where all traffic throughout Delaware is monitored and controlled, was part of a tour of the Delaware Emergency Management Agency for the Dover Air Force Base, Del., Emergency Operations Center director and Emergency Support Function representatives Nov. 17, 2010. This tour was one of the first steps in coordinating the best use of federal, state and local assets to meet the needs of any emergency response throughout Delaware.
