Rowan 436th Airlift Wing Public Affairs DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, Del. -- The Child Development Center at Dover Air Force Base, Del., is responsible for approximately 200 of Team Dover's youngest members. Approximately 40 staff members oversee the children as they enjoy the playground, learn to speak Spanish and take the occasional midday nap. Children, between the ages of six weeks and five years, of military members and federally-employed civilians are eligible to register for the CDC.
