Grismer Jr., 436th Airlift Wing commander, and Judy Diogo, Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce president, hold the 2015 Abilene Trophy during the presentation ceremony July 13, 2016, at the Air Mobility Command Museum on Dover Air Force Base, Del.
