Runway 01-19 to open, C-5s to return home
The intersection of Runway 01-19 and Runway 14-32 is under construction Sept. 1, 2016, on Dover Air Force Base, Del. Dover's shorter Runway 14-32 will be closed to allow construction on a portion in close proximity to runway 01-19, and in addition, several taxiways.
