Military Working Dog Loeka and her former handler, John Leonard, are presented a certificate in recognition of Loeka’s six years of service at her retirement ceremony April 28, 2011, at Dover Air Force Base, Del. Over the years, Loeka has been on three deployments to Iraq, saving numerous lives.
