(from left) Doug Hanauer, Leather and Associates construction consultant, Gen. Raymond Johns, Air Mobility Command commander and Col. Manson Morris,436th Airlift Wing commander, look at the blue prints for Liberty Park, a new playground area being built next to the base swimming pool at Dover AFB, De., Nov. 6, 2010. Wing leadership directed a portion of funds obtained from winning the 2010 Air Mobility Command's Commander-in-Chief's Award for Installation Excellence for the park’s construction. The playground, designed by Leathers and Associates, features swings, slides and other play areas contained inside a huge shell resembling a large cargo military aircraft. It could be a C-17 or a C-5, depending on how you look at it. The park is being built by more than 900 base volunteers. (U.S. Air Force Photo/Jason Minto)
