Snow on the flight line

Members from the 736th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron spray deicing fluid onto the tail of a C-17A Globemaster III, based at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., Jan. 3, 2014, at Dover Air Force Base, Del. The year’s first major snowstorm hit the East Coast the night before, dropping 4 inches of snow onto Dover’s flight line. The photographer and camera were hit by some of this fluid as it was blown off of the plane by the strong winds. (U.S. Air Force photo/Airman 1st Class Zachary Cacicia)
