Soviet-era Antonov AN-2 restored at AMC Museum

An aircraft restoration crew, comprised mainly of volunteers, poses for a group photo to recognize the completed restoration of a Soviet-era Antonov AN-2 aircraft Oct. 28, 2014, at the Air Mobility Command Museum on Dover Air Force Base, Del. This Antonov AN-2, now on display, is the first foreign airlifter to be displayed at the AMC Museum. This aircraft, along with a dozen others, will be opened for visitors to enter the flight deck and cargo bay on Saturday, Nov. 15, 2014, for the last open aircraft day of the year.
