Non-destructive Inspection

Staff Sgt. Chad Ericksen, 436th Maintenance Squadron Non-destructive Inspection craftsman, uses a Kraut Kramer ultrasound tool to inspect for subsonic cracks on a training tool March 13, 2015, at Dover Air Force Base Del. Discrepancies within the tool can be logged into the Parts, Inspection, Turnover (PIT) log that was created by Ericksen in 2012 as an innovative way to better track maintenance operations performed by NDI.
