Snapshot: Training for ice and snow removal

Col. Michael Grismer, 436th Airlift Wing commander, steers a GL2875 High Reach Deicer for a test ride Jan. 13, 2016, on Dover Air Force Base, Del. Grismer and Chief Master Sgt. Geraldo Moore, 436th Airlift Wing acting command chief, visited the 436th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron during the wing commander's Leadership by Walking Around weekly initiative where he visits personnel and their work areas throughout the base.
