A training surface-to-air missile, or smokey SAM, is shot from a Man-Portable Aircraft Survivability Trainer system at a Dover C-17A Globemaster III during a training mission March 24, 2016, at the Bollen Live-Fire Range Complex on Fort Indiantown Gap, Pa.
