The aviation section officer-in-charge of Joint Sustainment Command, Afghanistan, Lt. Col. Jeffrey B. Henderson, promotes Marine Cpl. Christofer Baines, a broadcaster assigned to American Forces Network, Bagram, to his current rank while flying over Kabul. Lt. Col. Henderson was asked by Baines to promote him,resulting in Henderson arranging a special promotion over the Afghan capitol for the new Corporal. Photos by Cpl. Michael Lopez.
