Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR) members conduct operations in Iraq, Sept. 05, 2018. Under Operation Reliable Partnership, CJTF-OIR and our Iraqi Security Forces (ISF) partners are refocusing to ensure the ISF are resilient and self-sustaining in recruiting, training, equipping and managing their developing force, are able to counter future external and internal threats independently and establish local and permanent security across the country.
