U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Kadine Mora explains how Health Protection Condition level regulations change normal daily functions at the Mess Hall on Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan, April 17, 2020. All personnel dining at the Mess Hall are required to adhere to the HPCON regulations to slow the spread of COVID-19.
