B-Roll of U.S. Pacific Command Commander, Admiral Samuel Locklear, visiting Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea to meet with the country's political and military leaders for bilateral security talks. His visit included meetings with PNG's Prime Minister Peter O'Neill, Governor General Michael Ogio, Commander of the Papua New Guinea Defence Force Brig. Gen. Gilbert Toropo, and both the Minister of Defence Dr. Fabian Pok and Secretary of Defence Mr. John Sini Porti. Admiral Locklear also signed an Acquisition and Cross-Servicing Agreement with PNGDF Commander Brig. Gen. Gilbert Toropo and Defence Secretary Mr. John Sini Porti. The agreement allows the US and PNG militaries to provide logistical support to each other during combined operations like humanitarian assistance, disaster relief, military training exercises, and Joint POW-MIA Accounting Command missions in PNG.
