B-Roll: Medium Capacity Fleet at New Cumberland Locks and Dam
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Pittsburgh District
Sept. 1, 2022 | 1:01
B-Roll footage of a time lapse of boats of all sizes, including towboats pushing barges, coming through the New Cumberland Locks and Dam operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Pittsburgh District on the Ohio River in Moraine, Ohio, captured in late August 2022.
The Medium Capacity Fleet had been working on the auxiliary chamber to replace the miter gates. In the meantime, the main chamber is holding strong to keep navigation traffic moving on the riverways. Read more about the new gates install here: https://www.lrp.usace.army.mil/Media/News-Stories/Article/3131326
