U.S. Airmen from the 455th Expeditionary Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron carry out a patient transfer on a C-130J Super Hercules flown by the 774th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron in support of Operation Freedom's Sentinel, Oct. 23, 2019. The 455th EAES maintains a constant presence in the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility, supporting U.S. and coalition aircraft in various operations.
