Lt. Gen. Russel J. Handy 11 Air Force commander, recently toured the activities of Cope Teak Mint and Cope Taufan. During his visit he witnessed a C-17 Cargo Drop, visited with Malaysian military leadership at P.U. Butterworth, and was briefed on telemetry data by the Royal Malaysian Air Force.
