Crewmembers aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Diligence, a 210-foot medium-endurance cutter homeported in Wilmington, N.C., conduct a wreath-laying ceremony near Hatteras at the wreckage site of the USS Monitor, Sunday, Dec. 30, 2012.
