22nd Mobile Public Affairs Detachment
June 17, 2011 | 3:45
B-roll of the Fuerzas Comando Sniper Stalk at Ilopongo, El Salvador. Fuerzas Comando is an annual U.S. Southern Command & Special Operation Command - South sponsored event, bringing together special forces, commando and specialized law enforcement teams from partnered countries throughout the Americas to compete in a "best of the best" - style competition. The nine-day event has a different host country each year. This year, 19 teams have converged on host country El Salvador with events taking place at Special Counter-Terrorism Command Operations Center (CEAT) in Ilopango, San Jose Shangallo Valley Range, Costa Del Sol amphibious assault course, and the Volcano Boqueron hiking trail. Scenes include various footage of snipers in class, shooting and stalking. Produced by Spc. Victor Ayala.
