Lt. Gen. Steve Kwast, Air Education and Training Command commander, challenged technical training organizations to break the paradigm that time is the constant. Instead, he said the quality of work, skill and behaviors of Airmen is the new constant. The 365th Training Squadron provides an example of how that was done with one unique Airman attending its electronic warfare course.
