The Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District's commander, Lt. Col. Jason Toth, gives an update on the Harpersfield Dam's Sea Lamprey Barrier July 24 in Harpersfield, Ohio.
The purpose of barrier will be to prevent the invasive Sea Lamprey from travelling upstream into the Grand River.
