The Madison wreath laying ceremony, held at the final resting place of the 4th President of the United States, James Madison, also known as the Father of the Constitution, at his home at Montpelier, Orange, Va., March 16, 2019. This event was held in commemoration of the 268th anniversary of the birthdate of Madison, and has also been decreed as James Madison Appreciation Day for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
