Naval Aviation Schools Command Returns to Training
Naval Education and Training Command
March 3, 2020 | 3:37
On Dec. 6th, Naval Air Station Pensacola was the site of an act of terrorism that had stunned the nation, the local community and lives of the students and instructors of the Naval Aviation Schools Command.
Following the incident, classes on NAS Pensacola were halted to allow the FBI and Department of Justice to complete their investigations.
Recently, classes have resumed on NAS Pensacola. For the Naval Aviation Schools Command, getting back into a routine was not only important for the Sailor’s education; but for the healing process as well.
