The Portland District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is proposing to temporarily close Albert Philippi Park, located near John Day Dam, to camping and day use for the 2013 season. Reduced staffing, declining budgets and the high cost to run Philippi Park have made it difficult to operate and maintain. Available in High Definition.
