Philippine Army Soldiers with the 71st Infantry Battalion, 7th Infantry Division and U.S. Army Soldiers from the Recon Platoon, CDE Company, 1st Battalion, 21st Infantry Regiment, 2nd Light Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division conduct a combined hide and surveillance site Subject Matter Expert Exchange (SMEE) during Salaknib 2025 at Fort Magsaysay, Philippines, April 2, 2025. Salaknib 2025 is an annual exercise between the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the U.S. Military designed to strengthen bilateral interoperability, capabilities, trust, and cooperation built over decades of shared experiences.
