If you plan on retiring from the Army, you have some decisions to make. Start your research early and find out about the benefits available to you! One benefit you should learn about is the Survivor Benefit Plan (SBP). When you die, your retired pay will stop, but participating in the SBP contributes to your family’s financial security when you pass.
