ANG members prepare C-130H during Southern Katipo 17

U.S. Airmen assigned to the Minnesota Air National Guard work with Royal New Zealand Air Force members to prepare a U.S. Air Force C-130H for a sortie to supply exercise Southern Katipo 17 (SK17). Air transporters and other logistics personnel are essential in the movement of personnel and cargo around New Zealand during SK17, a biannual, multinational military training conducted in New Zealand designed to improve participating forces’ combat training, readiness and interoperability as part of a joint inter-agency task force (JIATF).
