Texas Army National Guard soldiers from 1st Battalion, 143rd Infantry Regiment (Airborne), attached to the 173rd Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), along with elements from Italian Armed Forces and Israeli Defense Forces secure the drop zone on Miroslawec airfield, Poland, while follow-on forces parachute in during the joint exercise Swift Response.

Swift Response 18 is a joint U.S. Army/U.S. Air Force exercise designed to train the U.S. Global Response Force (GRF).
