The Underwater Construction Team from the Philippine Navy and members of the Philippine Coast Guard exchange best practices on pile infra-structuring with the U.S. Navy's Underwater Construction Team 2 as part of Exercise Balikatan 2019 at Naval Station Sangley Point, Cavite City, Philippines, April 4, 2019. Balikatan is an annual military training exercise hosted by the Philippines between the AFP and U.S. military designed to build U.S. and Philippine defense readiness while strengthening multinational relationships.
